Eclipse gives me the following delightful error:

Unable to read repository at https://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/eclipse/compositeContent.xml.

This is not the right place to get support for the Eclipse plugin. The ConnectIQ forums (https://ciq.forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/) have a much more dedicated community and are actively monitored.
