補充基礎松共筆內容：

awesome g0v project & ARAY

本日提及awesome g0v project新增到官網內容，後續行動可能逐漸把內容替換成ARAY。但等到awesome g0v project內容完善後，才會把內容搬移到ARAY，屆時再將官網相關嵌入部分改成ARAY的頁面
ARAY目前主要for找專案、找人，但放awesome g0v的內容是希望呈現「近期」專案需求與運作，那之後ARAY也可以考慮之後在找專案頁面呈現[最近更新日期]等欄位。
