Hi..thanks for this package, I found it useful. However, I wonder if I can compare multiple query sequences to one reference. Please let me know.

Hi @SrichandanPadhi ,
Thanks for that. I would say no. When I implemented it, I had a particular need for pairwise comparison only. So did not implement it. But it may be possible. Just do not think I would have time for it.

On the other hand, maybe this package could help you for multiple comparison: https://easy-circos.readthedocs.io/en/latest/quickstart.html
