[A380X] Create an accessible simvar for QNH preselection in Std mode

After discussion with miniCockpit, it seems that there is no simvar available to access and control with miniEFIS and also Winwing EFIS the QNH preselection when still being in Std mode.

Would it be possible to get one in order to make it work for simmers using Winwing and miniCockpit EFIS.

Current behaviour : upper right QNH selection does not appear.
Expected : Give a simvar to let any hardware manufacturer to add this option for their hardware as it seems to be a different one from QNH selection when not in Std.

Later this will just be the normal baro correction ARINC words (as in the real plane). I wouldn't want to add something that will be removed again in the short term.
