Rds_on

take datasheet Rds_on values for given temperature (usually at 25°C, 175°C Tj)
take values from Rds_on chart
if only one point avaliable, use polomynal fit of common temperature curve (at 175°C the norm. Rdson is around 1.8-2.5)
