Migrating to MAUI

• migrated to MAUI (because Xamarin is not supported from may 2024) (thanks https://github.com/rak-ko for help with async things)
• basically full rewrite of mostly everything

stability and "antifreezing" update

Finally use async/await so that UI doesn't freeze, code refactoring, button disables using fetch
