This is the paper @ehodille mentioned in the meeting https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jnucmat.2021.152947
At a first glance it seems like 2 extrinsic and 1 intrisic trap.

This uses the multi-level occupancy trapping. So can't model this with FESTIM1

But you do not need the multi-level trapping to simulate it I think.
The value of detrapping energies presented here could be used as single traps and it can help to set up the FESTIM parameters before optimization (if you do one).

Well, maybe more like 8, one for each detrapping energies. Or like James, 7 is enough
