Parse error in shell

I try to translate my "german" storeview to the target "englisch" storeview .
I open shell and enter: php fballiano_full_catalog_translate.php de en

I see no errors in the file:

No syntax errors detected in fballiano_full_catalog_translate.php

can you check if the file was correctly downloaded?
how did you downloaded it?
also, which php version do you have?

PHP Version is 5.5.38
Download with the green button "Clone or download" and then "Download ZIP"

Maybe the problem is i have no Google Translate API Key entered? The translation api is not for free, correct?
