🚩 Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Card collections are critical for organizing and sometimes reordering things is a must.
As a user I'd like to have the option of moving index cards from one collection to another.
✅ Describe the solution you'd like
List card collections in the Move To dropdown list.
Optionally distinguish them via some text or grouping from index cards, to prevent confusion.
(Existing collections could be listed under the index cards of the current collection)
✏️ Describe alternatives you've considered
A workaround for an edge case is duplicating the card collection and removing the other items, when the target collection does not exist.
But this doesn't work if the target collection already exists, or someone would move cards from multiple collections to a new target.
