When I run window-install, I can't install normally. The installer always prompts me "Error reading zip file" halfway through.

I'll see if I can recreate. In the meantime you can follow the walk-through on the website and install the CLI manually. I would be interested in knowing if you have any difficulties with the zip file that way.

It was due to slow network. It worked.
