Collection log not updating.

I have uninstalled this plugin many times and tried to redownload it, delete my data, and update the collection log data. Although for some reason my collection log data won't update. I'm currently at 803 and I'm trying to get that to change for the page, but my account on the page is stuck at 741 and I've tried a few possible solutions, but they didn't seem to work at all.
