e.g., PC(16:0/22:6) and PC(16:0/22:6)_M1 might both be identified (meaning that the monoisotopic precursor m/z and the [M+1] precursor m/z could be detected).
In that case, the partitioning of intensity in the PC(16:0/22:6)-associated isolation window should not be split with the _M1, as this compound is just a duplicate of PC(16:0/22:6).

Stopping work on this case for now, as an alternative approach was selected in the corresponding mass_spec HABC pipeline.
