Trigger Account Registration OR Save preferences on Calendar Game Filter

When applying changes to the Game filter on the calendar page, visitors should be prompted with the following message:
IF not logged in:
Message: "Login (link) or register(link) now to remember your changes"

IF the user is logged in with existing account:
Message: "Changes saved!"
Always apply filter on calendar for this user
