Download dbview program and unzip: http://www.koin.org/files/aol.aim/aol/dbview/ (backup link)

Open dbview program and open the main.idx file. Located in C:/America Online 4.0/

Teal boxes with text = Image resources
Dark blue tilde = Form code
Green circle = Hex code
