Sharedocs links

During the Zotero meeting, it was decided to move sharedocs links to notes. I wonder what is the rationale for this (sorry if I missed it); is this a display issue viz. should sharedoc links not appear in the displayed bibliography? I am asking this because the DHARMA app does not support modifying our bibliography; I wonder if it is worth it to add this functionality.

Secondly, among the sixty or so sharedocs links I found in the database, I cannot find a valid one of the form https://sharedocs.huma-num.fr/wl/?id=SOMETHING. (All the others should be amended, they are not stable URLs.) Sharedocs tells me that the file is not available anymore. Now, I might be getting this error message because I do not have permission to access the file in question. Do you also also get this error message?
