The current template shares licenses to different digital objects in the project.

• Text and figures : CC-BY-4.0
• Code : See the DESCRIPTION file
• Data : CC-0 attribution requested in reuse

How can I find different licenses for different situations?

• Licenses are provided for independent pieces of work inside your project. Data and media files can use Creative Commons licenses (reference and question detailing why). For code inside your project, you should use a different set of licenses (reference). Creative Commons does not recommend using their licenses for Code or Software (link to the FAQ).

• Create Commons has a License chooser that I highly recommend for this: https://chooser-beta.creativecommons.org/. It guides you through a set of questions and a form at the end to generate the sentence that you need to paste into your piece of work.
