I am new to modeling and EpiNow2. After running my dataset and the codes provided in your examples, I am able to get the prediction results. I was curious if we are going to implement some mitigation strategies in future then what will happen to the prediction.
Lets say
Predicted cases over the course of time will increase from 40 to 400 in a week.
It is reported that Vaccination reduces the new number of cases of up to 40 %. if we adopt this strategy then what will happen to predicted case numbers?
Is there any possibility to include vaccine like mitigation strategies against disease?
Secondly, does Bayesian modeling supports such mitigation strategies?
