Add setting to opt out of new version update prompts

I do not want to update. I do not care there is a new update. I do not want a prompt every time I open this app. It works fine for me and I do not require any modification to it. Forcing me to decline an update prompt constantly is poor UX. Please add a setting toggle to disable the new update popup notification upon app open.
