Distribute Ente Auth using winget or Microsoft Store

It would be great if Ente Auth could be installed using winget or the Microsoft Store (which more or less includes winget support).
Major upsides would be:

• easier updates
• easier installation on new devices
• easy to centrally manage installation
• improved discoverability

Implementation (for winget)

After an initial release in the community repo, a GitHub Action could be used to automate the release process.
