Fast typing causes the search dialog box to close unexpectedly

Steps to reproduce

The latest update of Element app on MacOS introduced a bug affecting the contact search dialog box:

1. Click on the “Search” box to search for contacts (located at the top-left corner above the list of channels/rooms).
2. The search popup window appears. Type any sequence of characters very quickly (even two characters are enough).
3. The search popup window closes immediately.

Note: This issue does not occur if you type slowly.

Outcome

What did you expect?

The search popup window should remain open and display contacts matching the typed characters.

What happened instead?

1. The search popup window closes unexpectedly.
2. It left a hint of disappointment. :)
