I did click on it, but nothing happens after I clicked Send logs. How to work around it?

I have the same problem, as the mentioned picture above pops up, I can't press both buttons to open the log or to log out.
I already reinstalled Element with the version "1.11.86 universal", downloaded from the original Website.
After the installation, same problem appears.

Edit: For the problem that you can't click on any button: Just use Tab to scroll through the Buttons and hit Enter to logout / generate logs.
This worked for me. Now it's running again.

@GhostBP112: did you manage to get it to send logs?

Unfortunately, I first tried to log out and restore the session, which in my case worked without any problems.
Are the logs also saved locally so that I can still make them available for you?

FYI: I spoke to colleagues earlier today who said that this behavior has also occurred also on Windows systems too - but only the problem with the non working Buttons, not the "Unable to restore session".

Unfortunately no, a logout will flush them.
