"Unable to restore session" error with non-functional "Sign Out" / "Send logs" buttons #1994

Without logs there is nothing to look at here |
How can I get logs? |

I did click on it, but nothing happens after I clicked |
duplicate of #1816? |
I have the same problem, as the mentioned picture above pops up, I can't press both buttons to open the log or to log out. Edit: For the problem that you can't click on any button: Just use Tab to scroll through the Buttons and hit Enter to logout / generate logs. |
@GhostBP112: did you manage to get it to send logs? |
Unfortunately, I first tried to log out and restore the session, which in my case worked without any problems. FYI: I spoke to colleagues earlier today who said that this behavior has also occurred also on Windows systems too - but only the problem with the non working Buttons, not the "Unable to restore session". |
Unfortunately no, a logout will flush them. |
