The Entity ID, sensor.HOST_last_restart, appears to be displaying value of uptime on HOST in seconds. IMHO Last Restart should be renamed as Uptime. An enhancement would be to display the time as {days, hours, minutes, seconds} rather than just seconds.
If instead the decision is to retain Last Restart, then the value should be displayed as a date and time of the last restart.
