I have a persistent problem with a Netgear ReadyNAS device connected to my ER-X showing a permanent 'not_home' status via its associated HA device tracker entity. I know the NAS is operational as it is a primary storage device on my network, and I can Ping it and SSH into it, etcetera.
Any hints anyone, as to how I might track down what might be blocking things.
I have several other Linux server based devices that were auto set up during the "Ubiquiti EdgeOS Routers" integration install, that are showing 'home' status AOK and with data tracking stats updating correctly. So I can't see there is anything untoward with the base install itself.
