Roadmap

This roadmap is organized by planning cycles and we use a Kanban Board to work toward established milestones. Project-specific labels track goals:

        

 

In addition, each project covers specific tasks, issues, and milestones in individual repositories.

Summer 2017 Work Cycle (I)

1. Strategy for Data Together rolled out with an understanding of how we support it data-together
   First version of visioning docs, learning materials to support activities, website to support outreach, and a clearer understanding of the partnership
2. EPA archiving complete with an understanding of our coverage archiving
   Archiving capping off the phase of "direct archiving" and focusing more on working with the Data Together model
3. Stable Web Monitoring v0/1 in production and used by analysts web-monitoring
   Web Monitoring positioned to move into filtering and refining the User Interface with gusto
4. First iteration of EDGI process improvements implemented infrastructure Support for scheduling meetings, calendaring, and coordinating
5. Future projects and EDGI process support identified that tech team can assist with community infrastructure
   Based on first iteration feedback and governance model conversations, sketch out the next phase of projects

Fall 2017 Work Cycle (II)

Note: will be adjusted based on previous work cycle outcomes

1. Reflection on the initial roll out of Data Together model data-together
2. Iteration of web monitoring that can has been expanded to additional purposes beyond EDGI web-monitoring
3. Diverse tech team with clear sense of responsibilities and depth of care community
4. Strong connections to relevant archiving, grassroots tech, data literacy efforts community
