Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Linux container images are often based on Alpine Linux, which uses musl libc by default, requiring a musllinux wheel rather than a manylinux wheel.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide musllinux wheels.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Building from source code is very inefficient repeatedly and decentrally.
