Being able to video (and/or audio) record activities on a desktop may be helpful to show quickly how and where to find certain things.

Questions:

• What screen-recording technology is available?
• What video formats does it output? Are the output videos accessible cross-platform? Are they accessible on a mobile device or phone?

• CamStudio --beware hidden adware

Panopto (recommended by CIDDE)

Adobe Captivate (may be more and less than what we need if screen recording only works for IOS).

• Team Viewer (records a meeting, with voice and desktop). (Becca's suggestion)
• Google Hangout
• Skype
