  1. feat: Remove BuildTask implementations 

    - Ensure that dscom tlbembed task can be used via CLI
  (Changes introduced by @bclothier)
- Let dscom build assembly be present, even though unused
- Remove implementation of tasks
- Removed obsolete tests
