Dockerfile to build the project based on vs2019 and .net framework 3.5

Hi All,

I am new to this Docker world and need inputs or suggestion.
I am trying to build my project which is been developed using vs2019 and .net framework 3.5 and older one.
Explored few of the Dockerfiles like the one on the microsoft hubs

But its not working as expected, any input/guidance will be a great help to progress further.
