Description

[MAUI] The APP will become not responded on windows platform on a remote-connected machine after some random operations on the local machine
Affected case:
All test cases

Note:
• Minimizing and maximizing the remotely machine made it work again.
• Un-remote work is well.
• On the android emulator it will work, but it will be very slow.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Remotely connect to the machine A on the machine B.
2. Deploy https://github.com/rachelkang/recipeSearch or ManualMauiTests - Repos (visualstudio.com) to windows machine on the machine A.
3. Navigate to any test point on the machine A. Works fine.
4. Any clicks on the machine B.
5. Return to the remotely connected machine A.

Actual Behavior:
The APP will become not responded on windows platform on a remote-connected machine after some random operations on the local machine

Expected Behavior:
After returning to the remotely connected A machine, the windows platform works well.

Yes, this is a regression, The issue not repro on 8.0.100 & 8.0.3
