Issue Title

/bot set and /bot update are a bit confusing

Description

I would expect using /bot set [thing] to either

  • let the user set or update eliminating the need for /bot update
  • be explicit in what set and update do, if set is used improperlyfor update inform the user

Steps to Reproduce (for bug reports)

  1. run bot
  2. /bot set settings | /bot set channel type: admin channel: <NAME>
  3. /bot set channel type: admin channel: <NAME> again ensure you pick a different channel
  4. Bot responds "admin channel is already set to [first channel set]"

Expected Behavior

Either:

  • [] bot informs you it has updated the setting through /bot set and does a proper update
  • [] bot replies the channel is already set and to use the /bot update command.
