Staff needs more training about how to manage Well Family System tickler list. Set up TA session with Lisa at WFS.

Regarding referrals being counted in WFS, need better process to incorporate referrals coming via the Monte Epic system.

Alma is conducting rounds to market the Epic Referral system. But having access to the data is problematic. Gilbert and Kimberly are our Epic contacts, but they do not get back to us. It can take months to have any follow up with them.
