Make a clear distinction between TaDiRAH 0.x.y and TaDiRAH 2.x.y #31

I propose to make a more clearer distinction between the "old" and the "new" TaDiRAH version. The one that is hosted on https://vocabs.dariah.eu/tadirah/ is the version 2.x.y (the current link in the README.md points to a wrong url which is not in use anymore), whereas in the GitHub here it holds version 0.x.y. As there are some differences it could be good, to explain them and also point to https://tadirah.info/

Also the server http://tadirah.dariah.eu/vocab/ which is mentioned as legacy and points to the 0.x.y version seems not available anymore.

In general, some older projects will still use the version 0.x.y but it could be good to recommend for new projects to use version 2.x.y. Also pointing to the usage of skos:closeMatch as a mapping between 0.x.y and 2.x.y could be of benefit. Additionally, referencing the current skos-ttl-export for version 2.x.y at https://vocabs.dariah.eu/rest/v1/tadirah/data?format=text/turtle may be helpful.

I wholeheartedly support these suggestions. GitHub reliably ranks very high on search engines and is thus more easily found than any other TaDiRAH instance. This has resulted in colleagues and students trying to work with the clearly outdated version of the taxonomy from this repository instead of the SKOSified version on the DARIAH servers. The most recent publication to use TaDiRAH for an actual research question (Fudie Zhao, ‘A Systematic Review of Wikidata in Digital Humanities Projects’, Digital Scholarship in the Humanities, 28 December 2022, 1–22, https://doi.org/10.1093/llc/fqac083.) consequently relies on the GitHub hosted and outdated version.

Version 2.x.x is explained in some detail in the most recent publication mentioned both in this repository and on <tadirah.info> (DOI: 10.5283/epub.44951). However, the DOI link on <tadirah.info> is broken. I would deeply appreciate if this publication was featured more prominently and if a summary of its contents was included at both locations.
