建议在 README 里指定 maven 版本 #1

李博超尝试用 maven 3.3.9 去构建，但是在安装 ActiveAndroid 的时候就报错了
经查 ActiveAndroid 不支持较新的 maven，有人提过 issue

pardom-zz/ActiveAndroid#388

很多人的建议是用比较旧的 maven 版本去构建
所以是不是需要在 README 里指定一下建议的 maven 版本？
