The downstream bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/somerville/+bug/1967550

Step to reproduce:

  1. Install Ubuntu Dell OEM image and select language other than "English" during OOBE
  2. Open "Dell Recovery" app.
  3. The translation is still english which is not changed with the language setup.

Can you tell dell-recovery version, open a terminal and execute command " dpkg -l dell-recovery"

The version is 1.68somerville8.
