[FEATURE]:Add check and diff support to SMB module

It would be helpful and Ansible best practice to have support for check mode and diff functionality also in the smb.py module

Additional context
In general, some modules in the dellemc.powerscale collection do already support check & diff (which is of course great!), but some do not. It would be good to have a unified approach for all modules. Thanks!
