When I switch to a different project, I do not really want any information about the Deephaven plugin. I would like to be able to only associate it with relevant projects. Maybe this is a VSCode-level feature that I'm unaware of. Either way, I don't want this:

@alexpeters1208 this should be addressed by Don't always show extension #55 in v0.1.6. Namely it should only show up when you are in a Python / Groovy file if you have a corresponding configured server.

@alexpeters1208 Is this still an issue for you, or is the new model of it only showing when in Python / Groovy files addressing your issue?
