Several best/worst tables are generated each release to compare versions with one another. These are done with static data, and the incremental release benchmarks are largely ignored. We need something that shows the difference between Static and Inc.
Made a table that shows Static vs Inc over time, similar to the way operational rates are shown
Do we show best/worst for these, or track representational benchmarks?

Static and Inc are both now being reported to the Slack benchmarking channel nightly. What's not reported yet is what would show up on a release dashboard, where we see best and worst rate changes. This could be a summary that shows an overall difference between static vs incremental for the same tests.
