Use system APIs for trash / recycle bin

Using the APIs allows the system to recognize the file is in the recycle bin and adds for better system integration

Describe the solution you'd like
When I delete a file, it is moved to the recycle bin that the system recognizes. Will also show deleted files from other apps such as Files by Google
