With a very large project, uploading to anvil can take a very long time. Would it make sense to create an .anvilignore file similar to heroku's .slugignore or git's .gitignore file in order to exclude unnecessary files from being uploaded?

This came up in begriffs/heroku-buildpack-ghc#39

Possibility: use the existing .gitignore if there is one?

Anvil should respect a .slugignore if it exists. Please reopen if this is not the case.
