make BibleReference plugin work for inline references as well

Right now, it just looks at an entire block of text and replace if it matches as a BibleReference. would be cool to have some sort of inline reference as well, but it may start to become a difficult problem with figuring out what amount of text to parse. or we could offer some sort of shortcut or syntax to trigger it. display would then be something like a tooltip?
