spectra missing on YSE-PZ

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
KAST spectrum on https://www.wis-tns.org/object/2022tmb not available at https://ziggy.ucolick.org/yse/transient_detail/2022tmb/

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
KAST spectrum should have been imported to YSE-PZ via a cron
