Describe the bug
Some pages currently seem to not be getting the TNS updates for both classification and spectra.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://ziggy.ucolick.org/yse/transient_detail/2022dtv/
  2. There is no TNS classification or spectrum.
  3. The TNS page (https://www.wis-tns.org/object/2022dtv) has a spectrum and the SN has been classified as a SN Ia.

Expected behavior
TNS spectra and classifications to be automatically updated on YSE-PZ.

Additional context
This isn't the only object with this issue. For instance, https://ziggy.ucolick.org/yse/transient_detail/2022dfo/ is missing a TNS spectrum (and it was one we obtained).
