Describe the bug

I've used the token from the new UI which is not able to describe all the DBs.

astra db describe test
[ERROR] INTERNAL_ERROR: Error in HTTP Request: HttpEntity

Giving a more meaningful message to the user would be much appreciated.
Even with -v I wasn't able to see the actual response/status code.

To Reproduce

astra db describe test
[ERROR] INTERNAL_ERROR: Error in HTTP Request: HttpEntity

Expected behavior
Meaningful error message
