When having errors you should always setup your software to DEBUG mode, look up for log files and messages created when error produces.
Also, for web hosted software, there is usually log files from server: php log file, http server log file. Also you can increase debug verbosity for those outputs.
You should share all those debug messages and errors to developers, not a generic screen screenshot.
When trying to update or deactivate the plugin it crashes the site.
