현재는 경기 시작후 일시정지->재개 시간을 갖는데,
경기 종료후 일시정지 및 안내 메시지 출력 -> 게임 바로 시작의 과정으로 전환하는게 좋아보임

방에서 나가도 되는 시점을 직관적으로 파악 가능
불필요하게 발생하는 게임메시지 축소 가능
