1. @yaron2 - Review the Feature Maintainer proposal - Update Feature Maintainer role definition  #422

• Action: Yaron to update this proposal and bring back an update version for the August STC

2. @yaron2 - Vote on Maintainers for the Dapr-Shared and Kubernetes-Operator repos.

• Proposed maintainers are
  - https://github.com/salaboy (Diagrid) for Dapr-Shared
  - https://github.com/lburgazzoli (Redhat) and https://github.com/salaboy (Diagrid) for Kubernetes-Operator
  • Action: Voted by STC and agreed by STC to approve these maintainers.

3. @msfussell - Update on the Dapr Graduation progress. See [Graduation] Dapr Graduation Application cncf/toc#1354

• Provided an update on the progress and expect graduation to occur within the next 2-3 months.

4. @olitomlinson - Raised a concern on lack of JS maintainers. Need to reach out into community. Members of the STC to reach out.
5. @msfussell - Proposed that at the August STC meeting we have a mid-year check in on the progress of the project. -
