Implement cache that checks to see if album image has already been requested

Create a map that compares album URLs with the image it responded with. If future album URLs math songs then respond from cache rather than another HTTP call. You should reduce chatter to Spotify as well as speed up download of playlists that have lots of matching songs to albums.
