When selecting on the dropdown menu on filters in rule editor page :
set this url

https://hdm-data.curie.net/rule-editor/rule.php?database=xxxxxxx&table=Select+a+Table&newFilter=#

But we excpect this url :

https://hdm-data.curie.net/rule-editor/rule.php?database=xxxxxxx&table=&column=&newFilter=#
