Feature: Product Translation Request

Problem

When admin updated description manually by pen button , they want to notify to translator for update manually to other languages.

Trigger

Admin click pen button or automatic button then update description and save next click icon to notify translator view.

View

Translator will see PTR products in translator view
When translator done to update them to all language, click the icon to unset request.
