This PR add a way to quickly set the shortcuts from other OS/distro (currently only windows is supported)

Note that i'm not sure this is all default ones. I only added the one i'm currently using on my machine.

In the future, a solution to save the previous set of shortcuts, and/or merge existing config would be nice. Ig the waring is enough for now

Snapshots doesn’t currently save shortcuts, we could update it to include them.

I’ll take care of that.

I’ll merge this, just update the description to avoid confusing users into thinking their shortcuts will be saved.
